Last night I got another app challenge. This time it was for  a Flickr Streaming app using HTML, Javascript and minimal PHP.  As with all my challenges – the source code for this project is available to download below.

The Challenge Details:

  • HTML/JS Web App to Stream Photos from Flickr
  • No Javascript Libraries (like jQuery, Prototype)
  • Minimal PHP for a proxy
  • Must be able to navigate through photos
  • Must us a URL Shortener like Bit.ly or Qurl
  • Must look good in IE7, IE8, Firefox, Chrome and Safari
