Recommendations

“Brandon is an extremely creative, innovative and talented technologist and business leader. He has done an exceptional job of developing and bringing to market some very leading edge offerings and is continually enhancing existing and creating new technology products.”  Tim Lima , President , Lima & Associates, LLC

“Brandon is an off-the-chart creative and technical expert and he gets things done. A very rare and valuable combination.”  Nick Mathioudakis , Partner , Baker & Daniels LLP

“Brandon is an obsessive-productive. His focus on a project he cares about makes a razor look like silly putty, and sometimes traditional management style falls victim to that passion. As a “creative,” I found this more often than not to be refreshing, since it fostered excitement, entrepreneurship, and creative synergy. Brutal honesty, sporadic flippancy, and provocative (in a good way) conflict also arose, which I was also a fan of - it means the guy’s a human. And I like working with humans. He’s inhuman, however, when it comes to the hours he spends making his tech catch up with his ideas. His prototypes and finished work almost always left me with a sense of impatience for the world to catch up and take notice.”  Matthew Roland , Copywriter , Appendant Marketing Group

“Brandon is one of those people that you don’t meet every day. He has a mind always thinking, and always looking for ‘the next big thing’. I usually introduce Brandon as someone who is ‘Scary Smart’. Without a doubt, he will stretch the boundaries and imaginations of co-workers, processes, or procedures that you currently have in place. I have worked with Brandon for a few years, at two different companies, and he continues to surprise me with what he is able to do. I would recommend Brandon to anyone who is not afraid of seeing things from a fresh perspective.” Angie Clowers , Director of Operations , Appendant Marketing Group

“Brandon is one of the most creative individuals I have ever had the chance to work with at any company. Many times a creative person can lose sight of the bigger picture for a company/client = making money. Brandon has an excellent ability to mix creativity with strong business acumen resulting in products and services that are cutting edge and revenue generating.”  Jeff Dahltorp , Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships , TruStar Solutions

“Brandon is one of the most brilliant and creative people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. His passion for innovation was inspiring and his ability to quickly grasp new technologies impressed me.” Chris Navta , Lead Software Engineer , TruStar Solutions

“Brandon joined ONEX in an effort to bring the corporate image from start-up to established business. His creative portfolio is extensive and impressive and I always enjoyed his “out-of-the-box” though processes. Brandon has great visionary abilities that I believe will serve him, and the organization that recruited his skills and abilities, very well. Brandon performs very well providing there is a challenge that keeps his creative juices flowing and his motivation high. Brandon was a great guy to work with.” Paul Arbouw , Coldfusion Developer , Onex

“Brandon is one of those people who is always thinking about how to do the impossible. How does this idea become a working solution? How does the visualization of this concept translate to speak to the end user? I have always been impressed by how quickly Brandon’s mind can race from one point to the next and come back to the matter at hand. Not being a “coder”, I have a lot of respect for the creation of working solutions from lines of letter and numbers. Brandon is straightforward in communicating with co–workers and clients and is extremely excited about the possibilities of what can happen next. I appreciate the help and advice he has given over time regarding technology and design solutions for client campaigns.” Keda Dalsanto , Media Buyer , Appendant Marketing Group

“Brandon is one of the most creative individuals I have ever worked with (and I manage a staff of designers and writers, so that’s saying something). He possesses a unique perspective, and uses his vision to drive creative business development. His entrepreneurial spirit is unfiltered, and when he worked in our organization, he was a great cultural influence.”  Chris Cella , Marketing and Communications Manager , First Advantage Recruiting Solutions

“I’ve enjoyed working with Brandon on a few projects. He possesses a rare combination of excellent strategic / creative thought and very solid tactical chops. He is a one-man dynamo of productivity - a testament to his versatility.”  Mike Harmon , CEO , NPower Indiana

“I have worked with Brandon for 3+ years. He has a very creative mind and develops solutions for each specific client situation. I highly recommend Brandon to any person or company based on his skills and ability to get the objectives accomplished. Brandon also has solid business sense (P&L) and delivers strong client/prospect presentations. Great asset for any company or contract project.”  Greg Palmer , Manager, New Business Development , TruStar Solutions

    Brandon,
I am a developer\architect and have spent most of my career as an independent consultant. I started a recruiting company (Tridge Alliance) with the goal of helping the best and brightest in town find their dream jobs. I hear a lot about you and your skills and have several opportunities you may be interested in. Even if you love your current job and would never consider leaving please know that my company is here to help you any time you need a job.
Some of our jobs get posted here:
    http://tridgealliance.catsone.com/careers/index.php
but the best ones often do not go public because I first reach out to the people I know or have been in the trenches with or have been in the trenches with someone I know.

Great site here! Reach out to me if you are interested in chatting.
